I'm gonna attempt to be commited to a 63 day workout designed for losing weight. basically consists of workouts 30-60 min long, high interval training and pure body weight exercises.
reasons that i want to do it:
- fitness
- lose my excess body fat
- cause its going to be hard to stay motivated
ill post before and after pics after I've completed this workout calander. I did my first workout and I'm exhausted.
